These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Chauffeurize websites, booking flows (including /book ), communications, and payment arrangements (the “Services”). By submitting a booking request, receiving payment instructions, or paying through Chauffeurize, you agree to these Terms.

0) Acceptance & booking requirement

  • Terms acceptance required: To submit a booking request via /book , you must acknowledge and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy .
  • Binding agreement: By requesting a booking, you authorize Chauffeurize to obtain pricing/availability from relevant suppliers and local representatives and to contact you via email or WhatsApp (as applicable) with the confirmed cost, booking confirmations, and payment instructions.

1) About Chauffeurize

Chauffeurize provides pre-booked chauffeured transportation , including airport transfers, hourly chauffeur service, corporate travel, and intercity travel. Services may be fulfilled using professional drivers and supplier partners (“Drivers”).

2) Bookings & service delivery

  • Pre-booked only: services are scheduled for a specific date/time and pickup location.
  • Confirmation: a booking is confirmed only when (a) Chauffeurize confirms acceptance/assignment and (b) payment is completed (unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing).
  • Service area: availability varies by city/country and supplier coverage.

3) Payments (PayPal / Wise)

Many bookings require verification with suppliers and local representatives. We confirm the final cost first, then send payment instructions.

  • Payment timing: Customers pay after Chauffeurize confirms the final cost and sends payment details via email or WhatsApp (as applicable).
  • Payment methods: Payments may be collected via PayPal or Wise , or another method explicitly stated in your payment instructions.
  • Dynamic pricing: Pricing may vary by itinerary, timing, vehicle class, availability, and local conditions. The final payable amount will be communicated before payment.
  • Currency: Charges may be requested in USD (United States Dollar) or other currencies as stated in your payment instructions.
  • Processor policies: PayPal/Wise (and any other processor used) may apply their own fees, exchange rates, and terms. Chauffeurize is not responsible for processor-specific policies outside our control.

4) Cancellations, reschedules & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on how close you are to the scheduled pickup time and whether resources have been allocated. If a supplier/driver has been dispatched or special arrangements were made, refunds may be reduced.

Standard cancellation policy (default)
  • More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund (minus non-refundable processor fees, if applicable).
  • 12–24 hours before pickup: up to 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: no refund (except where required by law or where Chauffeurize cannot deliver service).

Reschedules: You may request a reschedule subject to availability. One reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 12 hours before pickup; shorter windows may be treated as a cancellation.

5) No-show & waiting time

  • No-show: if the passenger does not arrive or cannot be reached at pickup, the booking may be marked as a no-show and is generally non-refundable.
  • Waiting time: a complimentary waiting window may apply (varies by service/city). Extended waiting may incur additional charges where available and agreed.
  • Accurate pickup details: incorrect details can cause delays and may lead to no-show treatment if we cannot reach you.

6) Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and passenger contact information.
  • Ensure passengers comply with local laws and safety requirements (e.g., seat belts).
  • Maintain respectful conduct; unsafe or abusive behavior may result in termination of service without refund.

7) Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary disputes/chargebacks increase costs and may limit your ability to book in the future.

8) Liability & disclaimers

Chauffeurize will use reasonable efforts to provide services on time and as described. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, security checks, or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Chauffeurize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Where local laws impose mandatory consumer protections, those rights remain unaffected.
